If your model has a temperature display, please check the alarm message on the display. For models without a temperature display, pressure buildup may be the cause. In this case, turn off the machine, open the steam valve, and then turn the machine back on. If your machine has a manual resettable overheat protector (thermostat), please press the reset button. When pressing the extraction button, please check whether the button lights up and whether the pump makes a sound. If you do not hear the pump or none of the extraction buttons work, please check the machine’s power supply. If the pump sound is present and the button lights up, but water is not coming out from one of the groups, it is likely a solenoid valve issue. In most cases, scale or debris may be stuck in the valve. Pressing the extraction button repeatedly may help resolve the issue. CPlease check the standby water pressure on the pressure gauge. (Recommended pressure: 3–6 bar). If the standby pressure is too low or the water flow is insufficient, the pump may make a loud noise. If the water filter has reached the end of its service life, water pressure or flow may be reduced. Please check whether the filter needs replacement. There is also a chance that the building's water pressure or supply is low. In this case, it is recommended to either replace the filter with a higher-flow model or consider installing a water booster system.
