Developed by Aillio, the Bullet R2 Pro combines innovative induction heating technology with intelligent real-time monitoring systems to deliver highly accurate and repeatable roasting performance.

Designed in Denmark and built in Taiwan, the Bullet R2 Pro features a patented induction heating system that provides fast thermal response and stable heat transfer directly to the drum.
